This is a course for those with a little knowledge of Italian, and follows on from the initial one term beginners’ course which is offered between September and December.

The aim is to introduce you to the basic linguistic skills and the background knowledge necessary for you to communicate simply but effectively in the country or in contact with visitors to this country.

Students successfully completing assessments will receive an Entry 3 Certificate from the Awarding Body Consortium

17 weeks

Formal assessments of your listening and speaking skills are made at intervals through the course. Students successfully completing assessments will receive an Entry 3 Certificate from the ABC Awards.
